I’ve been photographering for a long time. I went pro (which is to say, I gave up my day job to do this full time) seven years ago, and I still don’t feel like I know what I’m doing more than about half the time.
Take this photo of Lauren. She’s a very good looking girl, and I feel like I’ve finally done justice to the hard work she’s applied to her body and mind. Finally, after years of trying! And I feel like this lighting setup – two softboxes behind her, just outside the frame – was something I should probably have figured out before now.
