My photo processing software uses my video card for a lot of the heavy lifting. When processing raw images it’s faster than the computer’s main CPU.
Tonight, while working on a recent shoot with Naomi, the video card driver crashed. My screens blanked momentarily, but the driver restarted and everything seemed fine… Until I looked at the output, and I think maybe my graphics software had a little difficulty dealing with the crash. ^_^
