I’ve been working with Laurynn for a few years, and as we’re both getting better at what we do, and every session we’re attempting bigger and better things. The images below reflect that progress. There’s almost no chance either one of us could have done this two years ago. I am tremendously happy that I was able to capture her newfound strength and confidence.

When she came to me with the idea for a very dark, shadowy shoot I was immediately on board. I’d had similar ideas in mind and I knew she’d be the right person to make it work. We started off with the NFGstudio Cube (which is not really a cube) and she went through her list of pose ideas while I dialed in the lights.
The image above looks very different with a smile, and hair pulled back:

The light on her face in this one hits me hard. I’m rarely so happy with my own photos. ^_^
