I asked 'What does your strength mean to you?'
Back to The Pantheon
You can't trust everybody and you can't rely on anybody, so being strong enough to do what needs doing on your own is a big thing for me.
Nobody can tell me I can't do something and nobody can make me do anything I don't want to do now.
I can fly, their criticisms, doubts and bullshit won't clip my wings anymore.
I've overcome so much to be able to do what I do and I'm damned proud of what I've achieved and my strength is physical proof of it.
My Strength, both mentally and physically, gives me confidence to face the every-day challenges
Surprise yourself with the amazing things your body is capable of, and be proud of it.
When I am strong on the outside I know I am strong on the inside.
I love having a muscular physique, it helps keep my bones strong and helps me complete daily activities with ease.
My strength shows me I am capable. I am self sufficient. I am powerful.
There were times where I did not feel this way, and it makes me happy to know I have worked hard to achieve this level of trust in my own body.
Catching myself when I trip over gravel (I'm pretty clumsy!)
My strength is power, my independence. With strength comes the ability to add more variety and range of motion.
It gives me quite a lot of confidence, especially when I can beat guys in heaves :P
My strength means understanding my body's capabilities and limits; where they exist and what they need to push them further.
Strength for me always starts with the mind.
Feeling strong and healthy, in the skin you are in.
Keeping myself physically strong helps me stay mentally strong. They come hand in hand.
My physical strength gives me confidence and makes me feel amazing, and I believe that filters into other areas of my life.
Strength to me is a quiet confidence that comes from doing what you never dreamed of trying.
No one needs to see it, you don't need to prove it but you know you hold this inner trust in yourself with you everyday.
Strength to me means being able to look after yourself in such a way to make you confident in your own skin.
It's a testament to my will power I guess. Understanding my physical and mental limitations and empowering myself to overcome them.
My strength is everything, both physically and mentally. Without it I wouldn't be able to do my job so well.
Confidence, power, beauty. The true image of a powerful female, inside & out.
Strength is not only physical strength and fitness, but also mental strength, confidence and emotions.
When you are able to withstand great force or pressure because you feel stable and tough, it's called strength. And this can be anything you may face in life.
The ability, not just physical but mental, emotional and spiritual, to achieve things that you couldn't previously do.
Strength is my rock. My mental and physical strength becomes more and more valuable as I age.
