Back to Society
I believe that in our society, women can be as strong as men.
Put your heels on remember the goddess you are.
Remember how hard you're able to work and how badass you really are.
When I am strong on the outside I know I am strong on the inside.
To remind myself that I can and that I am worth it.
My strength is power, it's my independence.
It's not my fault you have a dad bod and crippling insecurity, Matt.
My strength shows me I am capable. I am self sufficient. I am powerful. There were times where I did not feel this way.
Pole and its supporting community made me strong, fit and given me a completely different perspective at self-love.
I can parallel park like nobody's business.
I love teaching and helping students achieve what they don't think is possible.
And I love training and discovering how much my body is capable of.
Strength to me is not only shown in my physical form. It's not just my muscles and my toned physique.
It's also inside me. It's having the strength to remain focused and disciplined.
To push through the hard days and continue working on being the best version of myself, both on the outside AND the inside.
Strength is confidence, power, beauty.
Fierce & beautiful. The true image of a powerful female, inside & out.
