When the model asked <\/p>\n

I told her: no, you’re the temptress, you’re the siren in the woods. You’re the lure.<\/p>\n

Imagine these scenes with a beautiful body in the distance. Ephemeral, beckoning, inviting you deeper. Beautiful, tangible, but indistinct and temporary.<\/p>\n

I’m thinking white bolts of diaphanous material and a breeze and a wisp and a glimpse… And I want the viewer to really feel the weight of the souls lost to the spirit in the woods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

So I had a vague idea for a photo composition the other day, something fairly ambitious for me, one with a lot of tripod use, multiple exposures and composition editing later.
\n It’d require a model, and I had one in mind, but before I talked to her about it I went out to a location I knew, to take a few snaps and work on the concept a bit.<\/p>\n

When I showed the snaps to the model, and asked if she could feel the vibe I was going for, the first thing she asked was “Are you planning to murder me?”<\/p>\n

Yeah, she gets the vibe. =)<\/p>\n
