I asked her how she felt about the shoot, being nude for the purpose of having her photo taken. “I felt really flattered to be asked. I never thought I would do a completely nude shoot and never thought I\u2019d feel as comfortable as I did doing it. It was incredible, really easy and comfortable. Before the shoot I was nervous that I wouldn\u2019t be able to pull off this kind of shoot, afterwards I felt really empowered, strong and capable.”<\/p>\n

“It took a few years to build the confidence I now have and although I\u2019m not 100% in myself I\u2019m better than where I used to be.”<\/p>\n

“The original Kacey wore jeans all the time because I hated my legs and a size too big clothing because I hated my body shape. Training changed my mental health in regards to my body, but it wasn\u2019t easy & it didn\u2019t happen overnight.”<\/p>\n

“I trained almost 6 days a week for the past 5 years and loved it, I quickly got addicted to being strong and capable.”<\/p>\n

“I love the photos, they make me feel very proud of my journey and what I\u2019ve over come. They show me what hard work and persistence can do & that you don\u2019t have to settle. I would recommend to anyone to do a shoot like this, you never know what you\u2019re capable of until you try. Kacey’s someone who’s come a long way. Seven years ago she wasn’t happy with her body, and last week we did a nude shoot. Stories like hers are one of the reasons I love doing this. That transformation, the power and beauty and confidence that springs from all that effort is inspiring as fuck. This is Kacey seven years ago:<\/p>\n

“It took 7 years of training to get to where I am today. I started with aerial circus, then got into bootcamp style training, calisthenics then more structured gym training.”<\/p>\n
